服务和房间都太差了。他们没有采取措施解决问题。这次旅行之后，我因为油漆味而生病了。希望其他顾客不会遇到和我一样糟糕的旅行体验。

蟑螂好多，在等押金，不知道能不能退。

我入住的时候酒店扣了我200美元的押金，酒店说退房后会退还，但是到现在我还没收到酒店的退款。

住宿刚装修过，房间里有油漆味。我告知工作人员，他们说因为房间已满，无法更换房间，所以只能住一晚。第二天早上退房时，他们会更换房间。我要求退款，以便搬出去另找住处，但他们没有给我退款，让我自己联系Traveloka。这是我第二次住在这里。第一次入住体验很好，但这次我第一轮预订了3晚，第二轮预订了2晚，同样的问题没有得到解决。非常糟糕。如果只顾收入而不顾客人，千万不要来这家糟糕的酒店住宿。

The room so noise and they don't clean the room at all during I'm stay 3 nights not even change clean towels.

The staff were helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Dengan dengan pusat kota, juga dekat dengan stasiun central jadi gampang untuk berpergian dengan train. Cocok untuk tempat menginap selama berlibur.

I would recommend this hotel. It is located only 5 minutes walk to Town Hall station which is just next to QVB. The hotel provides you a kitchen and laundry with dryer. Coles is just opposite the hotel and they open until around midnight.

The hotel's rule for deposit of 200aud by card only is quite annoying and cannot be accepted!

15 menit ke Central station. Desain sangat basic. Hanya ruangan berakhiran 06,07,08,09 yang berukuran besar.

Lokasi luar biasa bagus, dekat kemana-mana, di pusat kota dekat dengan banyak restaurant dan supermarket serta tempat belanja. Hotel sangat lengkap fasilitasnya ada semua yang dibutuhkan. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Tempat tidur yang sudah terlalu lama dan kecil. Saya tidak akan kembali lagi, tidak sesuai harga

Big room, great location. Nice.

Kamarnya cukup. Dapurnya tidak ada exhaust fan, kalau menghangatkan makanan was was.
