We love staying here and have done so for 20 years, the location is perfect, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants, easy parking onsite, across the road from the tram to the city, all rooms are comfortable, friendly helpful staff.

Great location, a few minutes from beach and funky bars. Just be sure when booking they charge $50 for early check in check out which is silly! I arrived at 1pm they said room wasn’t ready but I needed to check in they said $50 and all of a sudden the rooms ready. $25 I think was parking as well. So the ontop costs is something to consider as I could’ve stayed somewhere else nicer cheaper to the add ons

I got the studio room, cooking pans, utensils etc were provided. One of the towels had dirty marks on one of them and I couldn't find any indoor slippers in the room..? Nevertheless, the room was organised, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However my room had a strange smell when I walked in, tried opening the door for more ventilation, closed it after a couple of minutes because I was freezing, went out for 30 minutes, came back and the smell was still there (probably was coming from the carpet)

The room was clean and spacious. Liked that the studio had a little eating area that has lots of natural light. There was also a table for work. Overall a nice little studio apartment.

We love staying here, onsite parking available, walk to restaurants, cafes and bars, also beautiful St Kilda beach, the tram is 2 x mins away, nice spacious room, lovely staff

Old and tired rooms. Convenient location but in desperate need of a Reno. Noisey rooms. Don’t expect to sleep well here. Busy street with Tram, traffic and drunken st Kilda party goer noise. Parking is an extra $25 per night. So keep that in mind when budgeting and comparing options.

Stayed here twice just this year! Conveniently close to the Palais Theatre/Luna Park, the St Kilda centre and the beach. Well cleaned hotel and easily accessible. Staff were very helpful.
