The stay was fantastic, the staff at reception were helpful, and I can't fault our weekend away in any area. Will definitely be back again.

Always a good quality and good value stay, I prefer to stay here when working in the east end. Having a pool and spa is great for unwinding at the end of the day. Breakfast buffet is great quality.

We had the absolute best stay! Was clean and spacious, great price, great facilities and absolute lovely staff! Will absolutely become my regular when I’m in town!

Stayed 6 nights in 1 bedroom suite. Wonderful, spacious room, full kitchen, friendly staff, awesome location. Pool and gym were very nice. Will stay again but next time won’t pay extra for the buffet breakfast - a bit ordinary and much better options nearby.

Great adjoining rooms for families and very comfy beds. Location was very central to all attraction’s and helpful staff.

Right in the city centre and 10 metres away from Chinatown. Friendly staff, clean room and great facilities!

Wonderful

No house keeping for 6 days and was advertised as daily when I booked and nothing to clean the toilet, not even a toilet brush or fresh towels was extremely disappointing for the cost of the stay. Leaking toilet constantly and reported it and was told maintenance would fix it the next day but instead a receptionist male came into my room with his own key and I was appalled. My travel partner was in the shower and I was in the lounge luckily decent and he insisted on looking at the leaking toilet and proceeded to come into the unit and I stopped him and said no it’s being used and asked if he could wait and I said no you can come back please. Very creepy and very rude. Why wouldn’t you call the room first to ask before entering the room? The shower took several minutes of wasted water to achieve a safe water temperature. I got burnt numerous times and so did my travel partner. The leaking toilet never got fixed. We had to keep turning the tap off. We paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel so I would have expected more and house keeping and a working toilet and a view at minimum. Very very disappointing. I have a video of the noisy leaking toilet. Can’t attach it here unfortunately….

Room was good, however the bed was average. Good value for money. Don't understand why the public areas were so cold. Air conditioning made this uncomfortable.

Great find for our 5 day stay in Melbourne. We had 1 bed apartment with everything we needed Staff were friendly and professional.
