I have stayed here on 4 seperate occasions in the last 1.5 weeks and each time the stay has been great. You get a welcome drink on arrival (which I was not personally able to use unfortunately), the room is spotless and the aircon is amazing. The bed is huge and super comfy! The staff are really lovely too and it’s very close to Yarraville (where I need to be) and the freeway entry/exit.

The service was friendly, the restaurant had good food. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location is close to the shops.
Unfortunately the air conditioner was noisy and the street noise was very audible. It would help to have better quality double glazed windows.

You need to know that for late night check ins you must go in through the pub.
It's a little worn out but not the end of the world. Shower tap handles fall off. The sofa bed mattress is in terrible condition.
Everything else is fine for a budget. Air con worked, not too noisy, large enough.
