Novotel Melbourne Central

We found the location to be central to tram lines and also walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff were so accomodating. We had breakfast and room service one evening and found the food to be delicious and fresh. We would stay here again without hesitation and would highly recommend

A convenient location with food options everywhere nearby

The room were very clean, staff were ok, breakfast was just for what you paid, shops and restaurants were in walking distance.

Exceptional service from Jessie—went above and beyond! We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Jessie at the front desk! I had booked two rooms separately through different platforms, so they weren't on the same floor initially. Jessie was incredibly helpful and proactive—she managed to shuffle things around and move us to the same level as soon as a room became available. What impressed us even more was her thoughtfulness: during the first two days while we waited for the rooms to align, she gave us an additional room card so we could easily use the lift to visit each other's floors. Throughout our stay, she was also incredibly patient and cheerful in answering all of our questions. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised by how huge the rooms were—especially the mobility accessible room, which was incredibly spacious! Thank you, Jessie, and the team for making our stay so comfortable and smooth.

I loved this hotel - room was small 20 so metres but had everything we needed. My problem was the bed - too hard and could feel the springs.

Great property, very close to all the shops and transport around Melbourne. It was very quiet and felt like our own space while in the room. Reception staff were great and very helpful with all of our requests. Rooms were clean but one day our room service was missed and often our glasses didn’t get cleaned which was unexpected for a hotel of this level.

Excellent check in experience. Staff were great. Room upgrade was a lovely addition and wine on arrival. Everything in the room was comfortable including excellent pillows. Couldn’t find any amenities like shower caps though.

Courteous staff, large room very clean and great breakfast choices

Perfect location to restaurants and Bourke Street Mall room was clean and the staff were very accommodating.

Amenities were good, just the tv chromecast wasn’t connecting to my phone, that was the only thing.
