This one of my favourite hotels

At night the apartment was not well lit. Quite dark with only two sconce lights on the wall. No overhead light or standard lamp. Kitchen area was spoiled by shadows over the work area. Needs overhead LED lights. Impossible to read a book in the lounge in the lounge at night. better off going to bed, at least the bedside lights were adequate.

amazing locations, lots of good restaurants and mall very close by. the laundry room was very slow with only one machine working. we went to mall and had our clothes washed there

It was good

The hotel is in a convenient location, surrounded by supermarkets and eateries, and the secured parking for $11 per night was a great bonus. The room and bathroom were clean, and there were plenty of amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the shower, which had both hot and cold options and great water pressure. The lift provided 24-hour access to both the basement car park and reception, which was really convenient. We stayed for three nights during the Easter break, and while housekeeping wasn’t available, there was a trolley with towels and all necessary amenities available for us to grab. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return in the future.

Helpful staff

I had booked a King room to accommodate myself, my husband, and our infant son, and I had confirmed this preference twice before arrival. However, at check‑in we were given a Queen room and told the only available King room had a faulty AC, which wasn’t suitable in the summer heat. Had I known this prior I would have cancelled my booking. The manager kindly offered a complimentary King‑single rollaway bed for my husband, along with some beverages, which we appreciated. After checking in, we discovered the hot water wasn’t working. Exhausted and hungry from a 10‑hour drive, we quickly showered in cold water before heading out to eat before the restaurants closed. Despite reporting the issue twice, the hot water wasn’t fixed until the following afternoon. Overall, our stay was decent. The location near shops and restaurants was very convenient, and the staff were sweet and helpful despite the issues we experienced.

Clean room. Very convenient location - close to supermarket and cafés. Could conveniently cook in our studio apartment. Professional and Helpful staff.

The room is very clean, cozy and comfortable. It is so quiet yet is close to so many restaurants and mall food court. We really love our stay at the hotel. It has very convenient locationb and fast Internet with parking downstairs. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a late check-in due to flight disruption. The night manager was super fast and friendly checking us in and also very informative. The overall service was best in class. Great location and hotel super fast
