Perfect location. The staff were lovely. Aman assisted me with an upgrade to a room overlooking the greenery beyond North Terrace, for a small increase in room fee. The windows open enough, important for me to have fresh air (and city sounds when I want it). The only negative is the very slow elevator - don't leave it late to leave the building if you have somewhere to be. A very pleasant stay indeed.

Room was really good, tidy and well equipped. The hotel was in good vicinity to the greater Adelaide cbd and directly across from Adelaide train station and Adelaide oval. Staff were pretty friendly and had no real problems with our stay overall

Property was clean, bar seemed to close at 9pm while I was there, room was very dark and old- no down lights for 2/3s of the room- needs a big refurbishment. Some other lights didn't function properly- need to use my torch on my phone as a light when working. Staff were friendly.

Nice location but I like a hot shower in the morning and this they did not provide. after five minutes or so it got to warm, it never got hot, and that was running the hot water tap only.

Paying extra for the large spa suite was a waste of money. Bathroom floor tiles all cracked. Spa damaged, bathroom cabinets damaged, cold water sink tap is actually also hot water. The room is old and very outdated, the tv is drap. Housekeeping only made the bed and never removed the old towels or old dirty dishes. The carpets in hallways all lifted and damaged. The lift takes forever. The pool needs an upgrade and was filthy. I’m so disgusted at my stay and really angry it cost so much. Breakfast is too expensive and should have been included in the ridiculous price. Do not stay here

Great location, near the tram that led to Womad, though we ended up walking through the uni. Room is big and clean, bed sunk a little and pillows weren't great. One lift was down so we had to wait a lot. Also no one answered the phone so we tended to speak to reception on our way in and out. We opted to have the buffet. Great omlette station and good range. They gave a discount if you didn't need a room clean so we got $20 off for 3 nights.

Room wasn't cleaned, parking procedure for validated parking not explained - consequently the guest out-of-pocket due to staff inexperience and lack of details passed on to client. Elevators incredibly slow. No toaster in the room or basic cutlery. Décor stale and outdated. Id try another hotel
