Location of hotel was great. Clean room. Helpful staff and easy check-in.

amazing experience on the days stayed on this hotel , especially it was my wedding anniversary during our stay. Breakfast was also excellent, the staff(Kristian&Bless) accommodated us very well. Keep it up guys!!!

Convenient location, just minutes walk to CBD. Hotel is well maintained, room is in great condition. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing

Dining room is looking old and tatty along with handles falling off pot covers in the hot service area. Surprised to see no snacks or refreshments in the rooms anymore.

Breakfast quality was good, but selections were limited.

Our first stay here and we were very impressed. We stayed in a club room and had excellent experience. Our room was large, looked new and kept clean and in perfect condition. We had a beautiful room with a terrific view over Perth looking north. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful, at reception, and in the restaurants.

Excellent in every way

The rooms in the hotel are fantastic - spacious, very clean and the view from the window was lovely. The rooms have a modern feel to them and are nice and bright. The welcome fizz at reception when checking in was also a nice touch. Staff were always very friendly. The hotel is located very centrally within Perth so nothing is that far away either. My only point of constructive feedback would be the breakfast, which I thought could have been fresher.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Only issues we encountered were low water pressure on the day we were leaving, (only affected the higher floors) but the staff offered us another room to shower etc, so quickly resolved. One issue unresolved were the automatic blinds and curtains- problem raised with reception who sent a maintenance guy out the same day. he carried out a quick check then said he’d reset the cct breaker and that was the last we saw of him (issue still remained but easy enough to manually open/close these during our visit. Bar staff were very attentive and provided great service. Would recommend if you are looking for a hotel centrally located with amazing pool and spa facilities.

Room was clean when we returned. Had the club lounge access. Breakfast at the lounge was pretty good. Canapés & drinks session were amazing. New menu everyday.

We stayed in a club room with access to the executive lounge. The facilities are very good. The breakfast and evening "snak" in the executive lounge are excellent. Our room was clean comfortable and spacious with a good view.

Just a great stay, great staff and the buffet breakfast is one of the best I've ever had

For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or they pick and choose which guests to speak nicely to.

Nice hotel. Front desk team needs training on nearby restaurant recommendations, lighting in the bathroom is too dark-need better lighting. Must shave by instinct. Could use more weight machines in the gym

Everyone on the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Definitely worth recommending!

Our room was amazing and the staff were fantastic. The perfect place to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary.
