The stay in Das Falkenstein was beyond my expectation. The room was beautiful, well-furnished, with ample space. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. They had so wonderful facilities. I didn't want to leave!

Das Falkenstein is on the outskirts of Kaprun, so it would be most helpful to have a car, which I did. It's a traditional Austrian hotel with that style of decor. Everything was super clean, my single room was very comfortable, the WiFi was great, and the breakfast was plentiful (even fresh watermelon), farm fresh eggs (their own chickens, which I "visited" out back!). Free parking right out front with more across the street, where the scenic river rushed by. Staff was very nice and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Das Falkenstein took my vacation from great to excellent! The people who work there are very friendly, easy going and helpful all the time. Breakfast and dinner were gorgeous thank to their certified chef and top quality foods.
Room conditions were great with the feeling of an alpine hotel that you want.
There is no better place to be at this price and closeness to Kitzsteinhorn!

This hotel is a great getaway for couple and maybe kids, the only reason I say maybe kids is that everything to do in the summer is outdoors, like waterfalls and such. The restaurant was good, but the service even better. It's a small town nearby and this hotel is centrally located between two small towns. The only thing I would say is offer a fan for the rooms because at night it got pretty hot and leaving windows open brings in bugs.

Das Hotel als solches ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Der Wellnessbereich ist super gemütlich und optimal für einen Wellnesstag. Die Zimmer und das Hotel im Allgemeinen ist sehr schön designt und sauber. Die Grösse des Wellness Bereiches ist gross, im Gegensatz dazu sind die beiden Saunas mit hoher Temperatur aber sehr klein
