All members of the staff were wonderful; always helpful and kind. The restaurant food was delicious. Great location. Walk to buses, trains and trams. Lights in the room were kind of interesting. The shower light was connected to the light over the bed so if someone wanted to shower with the light on, the light over the bed had to also be on. Quirky old building stuff.

Convenient for main station and public transport. Very friendly and casual. Good restaurant - good breakfast buffet, great Austrian beer later in day. Clean room. Only one issue was no bathroom - just a shower opening directly into the bedroom, with a sink in the bedroom. Also no laundry facilities as stated on Expedia - just a laundry service.

The front desk staff were very courteous. The hotel room design is not ok, specifically the bathROOM, or lack thereof actually. When we walked into the room, there were 2 doors on the right, a desk and bench on the left then a very low bed. The sink was next to the bed. The doors on the right were a WC (toilet) and next to it a glass Shower Door. Both of these doors opened to the room basically. So you use the WC, step back into the room, take two steps on the carpet to step up i to you shower, with a full length mirror in it for your enjoyment. Or use the WC, take about seven steps towards your bed to wash your hands. The room was 22C and we could not find the radiator controls - they were behind the desk and difficult to access. So opened windows and room never cooled down to lower than 18.5C. Finally, the keycard/electricity activation feature gave no 10 sexons grace period, so gather up at the door to leave.
