The room was clean and functional, but no Tea and coffee making facilities. Beds seemed small and not the most comfortable 2 nights sleep that we’ve had.
Location was useful for us but was in a ln industrial area. Nice Mountain View’s when looking past that.
Shop next door and Spar down the road were particularly well placed and useful.
Reception staff sort of friendly and helpful but only when asked a question - they didn’t volunteer information, for example, the free Wattens card enabling free bus travel and reduced entry fees to some places of interest.
The bar/lounge closed at 7.30 and they even turned off the lights when we were still seated in the area.
Close proximity to Innsbruck and bus station only a short walk away.
Lovely Italian restaurant a 5 min walk away but again, hotel staff failed to tell us this when asked for recommendations of local restaurants but it was fantastic with amazing food & friendly welcome!
So, unlikely to recommend or re visit.

One night stay overall good but didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. Should be included free of charge for guests. Also didn’t like that they close the lobby so early by 8pm so guests have to go and find the info they leave out in order to find your room key to check-in. In case of any emergencies or questions, you’re on your own. And the location a bit noisy. Our room was towards the backside where we could hear the busy road.

Excellent bathroom, excellent room, located right next to a bus station and multiple supermarkets which was excellent for day trips and traveling.
Cons: no fridge in room and no kettle or ways of making coffee. Breakfast was expensive in hotel so it made way more sense to run to the supermarkets for coffee and breakfast.

The staff there are poorly trained when it comes to some hospitality basics.
We booked one night and we had a late check in around 1 am due to flight's landing time (which was precomnunicated with the hotel) in which in the second day we asked for just a 30 mins extention beyond the check out time because we were really tired..and then we were shocked by the lady's response of "It is your problem that you checked in late"...who talks like that and who trained her to behave like this!
I really hope the extra 15 euros made her life and the hotel financials better.
