I loved th stay but I wish it was closer to Innsbruck. Believe the ht staff before you believe Apple Maps, the staff were on point

Great overall hotel for a big family with kids... we stayed in one of those 2 connected rooms and it was perfect for a family... very clean and only 5 min walk to the train and/or bus station (9 min trip to Innsbruck city center). I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to visit Innsbruck but not break the bank.

We arrived due to our flight, the receptionist was very rude saying we could have our room at 3 , she gave us no information about where we could wait , we left our bags behind the desk . At 3 we asked if our room was ready , she looked at her watch and said yes and just gave us a key , again no information. The room was the farthest away , very basic 1 small bottle of water left . Towels were not changed in 4 days we were there, they just emptied our bin .

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is litle far from Innsbruck, we spend more than expected with bus and train tickets daily to travel to Innsbruck and back to the hotel because the normal 24 tickets from Innsbruck was not valid to the hotel. After spending three nights there on the check out I had unpleasant surprise. The hotel was offering free ticket to Innsbruck for all days of our stay, BUT on the check in they just "forgot" to tell me this and send me the ticket at E-Mail. The guy on the check in asked me two times if I m arrived with car and I denied this. On the same day I asked many times for Bus and train information and try didn't tell me about this guest benefit this is unacceptable.

Located near industrialized area. Good if you have a car. Plenty of EV charger outside and in car garage. Comfort level just acceptable as the amenities are just a grade above motels. Reception closed at 8pm so no night guard or services.

Convenient hotel a short distance from Innsbruck, with a view of the mountains. Free Parking in front. Room was serviceable but lacked a safe and refrigerator. Attentive staff. Hall in Tirol old town well worth a visit. Good value.

Average hotel, wouldn't recommend for a long stay. The staff at the reception were not nice. The bathroom had mold and silver fish.

The overall experience was great. However as someone who was travelling from a different country, I was not expecting the hotel not to have an iron. It was a bit frustrating not having that as part of the amenities.

Great hotel, weird location.
This was a really nice, comfortable hotel for two nights while travelling. Easy access to Innsbruck by train and the rest of Austria via motorways.
Rooms were spacious, comfy beds, nice bathroom. There’s a snack and drink machine that has beer and wine.
The location is odd. Just off the motorway with a great view of the mountains - but also next to a tyre place and a large yard full of giant skips (dumpsters). Light industrial area.
Supermarket downstairs (closed Sunday as they all are in Austria) is very handy.

No front desk staff after 8pm, very inconvenient for travelers. We arrived at 9pm and ended up with having to find another place to stay for that night.
