Dormio Resort Obertraun
The place was really nice. They were preparing the key inside the envelope including all the information when we arrived late. The scenery, the lake, the breakfast, the quietness. Perfect.

Hotel Haus am See Self Check-in
Do not book, if you have other options. The customer service of the hotel is very poor! (service is very good though). The room is older than what you see in the picture. Wifi is very slow. The old man in the reception is very unhelpful and not willing to help at all. There is emergency number, because at night no body will be there to help you, so we called because our heater and wifi were not working, he rejected the help and hang up the phone... Very bad experience for customer. Suggestions: just go for other option in near by the hotel if you want to stay near hallstat or obertraun.
