The Leo Grand

Fabulous hotel. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Room definitely had the wow factor. Very quiet, great breakfast and wonderful location. Would absolutely stay again.

I have been around in many cities and hotels, and this one has its own special charm. Excellent rooms, bed mattress, and front desk service.

A lovely hotel however a couple of lapses in attention to detail let it down. Starting positive, it was close to Stephansplatz station and a great base for access many of the Xmas markets. The room had a smart TV and so with the range of English speaking channels limited we were able to login into our Disney account. The mini bar was restocked daily along with bedside water bottles. Areas for improvement…. At check-in, there is very little information given and you are later pointed to a tablet which should be able to help you but has limited info also. There is a pillow ‘menu’ on the tablet but only consists of one pillow type. When you ask for 2 extra, you only get one. There is no menu for room service and couldn’t work out if this exists. We could not find it on the tablet. Housekeeping came early one morning and were asked to return but did not, had to chase that evening. The aircon is set to warm despite turning the temp down. Slept with windows open which is fine but beware the bells toll from 7am. Tea/coffee emaking facilities in the room is great but no spoons? Double bed was 2 singles and this was replicated in the quilts…..we had 2 single quilts. Shelves in room were dusty which left dark clothing that was stored on them unwearable.

The Leo Grande was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so accommodating and helpful even before our arrival. They arranged for a car to meet us at the airport which was very nice after a long travel day. The room was exceptional and completely unique. The location near St Stephen’s cathedral was perfect. We heard the bells ringing Christmas Day. Such a beautiful experience. The restaurant onsite served delicious food with friendly knowledgeable service. I cannot recommend a stay here enough and should I return to Vienna I will definitely stay there.

We loved every minute of our stay at the Leo Grand, from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. The staff were incredible and friendly.

The Leo Grand is a gem of a hotel! Every aspect was exceptional….beautiful, very comfortable rooms, wonderful restaurant, perfect location tucked in a quiet side street within easy walking distance of everything. Most of all though we would like to compliment the amazing staff…from the moment we arrived they were warm and welcoming…helped us with planning activities and dining plus also went above and beyond to help us celebrate our family’s special occasion….our thanks for an exceptional experience!

Truly stunning boutique hotel 2 mins from St Stephens Cathedral and walking distance of everywhere else you'd want to go in central Vienna. Clean, quiet, luxurious, very good value for money. Exceptional service provided by everyone in the hotel from the moment we arrived they couldn't do enough for us. Upgraded from a double balcony room to a king size suite, champagne and macarons waiting in the room for us with a lovely little welcome message. 50 Euro voucher off a meal in the restaurant and a free mini bar stocked with juice, water, beer and coke. Which they replenished every day of our three day stay. The room was clean comfortable and cosy whilst still being elegant and luxurious - I've honestly never enjoyed a hotel stay so much and can't imagine why anyone would ever want to stay anywhere else when visiting the beautiful Vienna. Thank you to everyone at The Leo Grand for making this a trip we'll never forget!

A lovely hotel in the heart of old Vienna right next to St Stephan’s Cathedral. Very helpful and informative staff who could not do enough to make our stay perfect.

I was so impressed by this hotel! I travel often & this was one of my favorite stays! The hotel is so unique & loved every detail in the interior. The room was beautiful & spacious. The staff were all SO accommodating & friendly. We were welcomed with wine, water & macarons. I highly recommend this hotel & would love to stay again!!

Stayed 3 nights in August 2024. The hotel is centrally located. It is close to major sites, shops and many restaurants around. The staffs are extremely helpful. We did quite some shopping. The front desk staffs did their extra efforts for making a shipping for us. We will come back!

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. The hotel was conveniently located for all the tourists spots. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful, even gave us a welcoming glass of wine. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna.
