The staff/team at this hotel were exceptional! Everybody was friendly and willing to help us out every little thing we asked for. The food was fabulous in the breakfast buffet. And the rooms were very roomy and comfortable.

I planned ahead and paid for a high floor room and got a second floor room. I also wasn’t told I needed money for a parking pass or more money for a deposit on my credit card to check in when I booked and paid ahead. The staff wasn’t accommodating of that or the fact that I had to ask my friend to help as a student traveling. Absolutely rude and useless. I’m disappointed and won’t come back.
