We had a wonderful weekend.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this place to other travelers.

The hotel is in the perfect location and walking distance to everything. Our room was clean and updated, staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

I didn’t think I would have to pay for parking in the parking area. It was not disclosed ahead during the booking process.

Excellent place to stay in Niagra!

Everything was great. Only slight negative was the cost ($20/pp) and limited hours for breakfast, which ended at 9:30am. That's too early for us so we ate elsewhere both days.

Hotel was clean. Room was very spacious. Excellent location, within walking distance to Niagara Falls and all activities on Clifton Hill. Lots of restaurants closeby. Will definitely stay here again for the convenient location but was a bit disappointed with the service. Stayed for two nights, was informed at check in that the rooms are not serviced daily, and that we need to request service at check in if we wanted. We did request service, however they only replaced towels and emptied the garbage, they did not make the beds. We would not imagine that we had to specify that we wanted the beds made when I requested service.
