No staff at front desks to check in or out. Busy signals to call front desk. Not even apologetic with a long line of people waiting. In a group of 6 there were only two towels. No soaps for hand and body. Beds were ok and bfast was ok. If they can move the toast station to the end of the buffet it will help with the line of people waiting.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels Ive been too. I tried multiple times over two days to correct the issues with our room. Our room was filthy and has not been deep cleaned in a long time. Bed and bathroom surfaces are clean, that's it. Floors are dirty, crumbs and handprints everywhere. Fridge was dirty. Carpets have spills and sticky spots.

Room was clean but dated. Musty smell. AC unit was loud. Geneal overall condition of the hotel and property reminded me of Cuba, dated and bandaid fixes. Breakfast area is not large enough for the amout of guests. Food was hot and basic. No fresh coffee, just a vending machine style. Pool was the best part for the kids. Over priced for the amenities. Will not recommend or return.

Don’t stay here. We booked the presidential suite - which was so not presidential! The only thing good thing I can say is that it was spacious. But it ends there. Our bed was literally broken underneath. We got in late and we went straight to bed only to wake up with very sore backs. TV did not work. The hotel was appallingly dirty. Every wall and doorway was literally sticky. There was garbage in the hallways. Trash bins, overflowing. We saw them servicing an icemaker, and the door for it was opened and all I can say was it was beyond disgusting. Although they were repairing it, you could tell that no one was gonna take the time to actually clean the stupid thing. I will say the front desk staff was great. Super friendly - I felt very bad for them because I’m sure they get complaint after complaint after complaint. There’s nothing they can do. They deserve a raise! Ownership should be ashamed of themselves. We stayed three nights - we didn’t have the luxury of moving out as we needed to be close by for a wedding and there was a baseball tournament in town. Shame on ownership and management.

Parking lot was really bad total pot holes one room didn’t have body wash or conditioner bathroom door had major scratches on it as for the breakfast the eggs were rubbery out of the days inn we have stayed at this is the worst one I have stayed at

How the workers are so nice

It’s a dated hotel, not super well maintenance and not the cleanest. The breakfast is very basic and not the cleanest dinning hall. The pool is a good size, dated but ok. The suites are really convenient when traveling with kids. However, could be cleaner. Things such has curtains were missing.

This hotel was by far the worst we stayed at during our trip around the east coast. The hotel it self was old and dirty, all garbages over flowing, and an unpleasant smell. Our room had absolutely no sound barrier. It was so loud out in the hall, where a bunch of other people congregated outside our room with their lawn chairs talking late into the night. Our room was close to an entrance where you could hear everyone out there hanging around the door chatting. The breakfast wasn’t worth eating. It was an awful stay.

Check was a nightmare & caused by staff. Not one room was clean until 3 so everyone that had arrived anytime before checkin was directed to wait until 3, line was ridiculous. Room gave us what we needed, a roof over our head. The beds were awful, pillow top mattresses were turned upside down for us to sleep on the mattress bottom. Our stay could have been much better if staff had of wanted that. We were given wrong hours for breakfast and missed it Sunday morning. Saturday morning we were up and out earlier as we were participating in a sporting event. By the amount of ppl heading towards the breakfast room, I assumed we were not alone missing breakfast Sunday morning. No one told us towels were at front desk and not poolside so we learned the hard way. We booked the room for 6 ppl and were given 2 sets of towels. The cord for the lamp had been broken and was taped up with bare wires showing, major fire hazard. Ice machine broken. At check out I had to ask for a receipt to find I had been charged more than my agreed upon amount through Expedia. When I asked about it I was told that I needed to contact Expedia. I was not accepting that & discussed it with the on duty manager that apparently corrected it. I’m still waiting for the charge to be corrected but I only checked out yesterday. The all around attitudes of the majority of the staff was poor to be offering customer service at a front desk. They are the only person to person contact for most ppl staying.

Service de chambre très ordinaire . Manque de serviette pour le nombre de personne . 2 pour 4 . Prix trop élever pour ce que c'est. Pas reçu de papier de toilette pas vider les poubelle . Pas fait de ménage pendant 3 jours.

Room was clean and staff were helpful. Hallways and common areas appeared run down. Couldn't see the bottom of the pool it was so cloudy. Did not eat breakfast as the line was very long. A room with an exterior door might be a good idea if you book this hotel
