We loved the experience. Lots of activities to do. The Studio was super clean. We loved the small Studio. We didn't have any guide from anyone. When we did the check in, the guy was replacing another person, and he didn't give us any information. Only the Studio Key and a map. We had to figure out everything on our own.
The canoe experiece was nice. Again, non-instructions were given. We end up going the wrong way, so we missed the waterfalls. Please make sure you ask before you start the activity.
The easiest bike path is on the grass. It was too difficult for our 9-year-old kid, so we used another way that was easier for him.
The equipment was well entertained as well as the horses.
The exterior pool was nice. Warmer than the interior.

Rien a dire sur la chambre. Très propre et calme.
Nous avions réservé en sachant que le spa extérieur serait fermé le lundi. En arrivant on nous annonce que finalement le spa exterieur est fermé a partir du dimanche mais que la piscine interieur sera disponible. Bien sur nous sommes decu. Et en arrivant a la piscine le dimanche et bien elle aussi était fermé. Comme nous avions reservé pour profiter du spa notre séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Restaurant sur place très cher, nous sommes sortie manger en dehors du complex.

Personnel courtois et chaleureux, particulièrement à l’eco café. L’etablissement nous facture 2% sur la facture de restauration pour des frais d’administration, ce qui me semble une pratique questionnable. Attendez vous à payer pour le spa, le yoga et même la mayonnaise! Très beau site, les sentiers sont bien entretenus mais pas balisés, il est difficile de s’y retrouver, une carte des sentiers sur le site serait apprécié (et non une application de cellulaire).

- Tips are include on every invoice and they ask tip over it!
- The 8 services was not available while i has been told (by email and phone) i didn't need to reserve in advance :( ... one of the reson why we were there
- The massage end up to be 25$ more than advice on their web site
