The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of CAD 20 at check-out.
