Elevators are a nightmare in this 37 floor hotel. We had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes each time to get down the mainfloor..No for next time..

The room was modern, clean, and spacious (double queen). The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. We came for a concert at Centre Ball, which was only a block or so away. We even walked the mile to Old Montreal, which was easy enough in good weather. The only thing I didn’t like was the frequent loud squeaking of water pipes that occurred around the clock - not sure what that was about and if it happens at every floor level (this was on 21st floor). Also, the man tending the lower floor souvenir shop was incredibly unfriendly and we avoided the shop throughout our stay after one visit.

Beautiful stay for work with colleagues. Clean, responsive staff, great amenities, wonderful breakfast AND a Starbucks in the lobby. Pretty much walk to anywhere. Taxi pickup and drop off was managed very well. Most importantly - safe for female team members.
