It was an amazing hotel nothing but good to say about this place! So cute cozy and well maintained place! The hotel was perfect location close to everything. The hotel was super clean. Our room was super clean and well sanitized. The room had everything we needed all the amenities microwave, fridge,iron,safe extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom had plenty of towels so much toiletries. The breakfast had plenty of everything was great. Also cute cozy bar area with nice tv! Parking lot was great easy to access lots of space! Maids we’re all super nice and greeting us every morning! By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Vaughan area and will definitely make another stay here in my future trip! Thank you Monte Carlo Inn for the wonderful 5 star stay!!

Lovely, clean room. Quick check in and friendly staff. Continental breakfast in the morning is lovely. Terrible coffee, but Tim's isn't far away :)

Clean, quiet rooms, good location and affordable rates for this area. Close to subway station. Walmart across the street. Quick check-in. Overall a good stay. Only bad thing is the rooms are getting very dated looking, in need of a modern renovation.

The price was great compared to other hotels in the area. What was a negative experience was the phone call I received from the hotel on the day of our stay. A hotel Rep called and explained that my card was declined for the security deposit. I explained that I wasn't aware this was going to happen and the reason it was declined is that I used my debit card when I booked it. She understood that part as this happens quite a bit but then she asked for a credit card right away or they were going to cancel the room. I was at the gym in the middle of my workout and for obvious reasons I did not have my wallet on me. She kept asking for a card when I was not in a position to do so. She was going to cancel the room by 3pm if they did not receive the deposit. I understand why they need this but did not see this requirement when booking. It was the pressuring phone call that was not very customer friendly to say the least. In the end, a half hour after that phone call they got the card they required but I was not impressed with the attitude of the Rep that called.
