this hotel smells like cigarette smoke. One elevator was out of service, but I've stayed here before and it was then too, so it's either a perpetual issue or a permanent one. The pullout couch was too uncomfortable to use, but I suppose that's true everywhere. The staff was great.

Was very disappointed with a rating of 8.2, TV didn't work, sheets were dirty and full of hair, when notified front desk came said tv was a reception problem. Nothing theu could do, when shown the bedding he said of sorry but can we brush the bed off and it would be good there was no cleaning staff I asked if we could get clean bedding they brought 2 flat sheets that didn't fit the king bed, asked if there was a manager told no had to wait till morning. Went for breakfast which was included there was toast 1 kind of bagel and small croissants and oatmeal that was like paste, cleanliness of restaurant was horrible. When I check out asked to speak with manager and because I booked with 3rd party had to wait till Monday to talk to general manager nothing they could do for me because of how I booked the room. I will speak with manager Monday to see what they will do about the situation

We spent 2 nights and were very satisfied with staff at Reception and the restaurant. Rooms were clean and nice. Having walmart, restaurants and mapletri supermarket at a walking distance is great. We shall be back next week-end to attend B.Mars show as it was postponed due to inclement weather. A bit sad when we say hello or smile at the housekeeping team as a courtesy...no response from them

O Hotel está em boa localização, ao lado do Walmart e outros comércios. Fica relativamente perto do metrô (700metros). Optei por ele pois foi o custo benefíco que me pareceu mais atraente, muito embora acho que é um pouco caro pelo distancia do centro turistico de Toronto. O café da manhã é padrão, mas de boa qualidade. Poucas opções, mas gostosas. O atendimento foi bom, sendo que há opção de fazerem ovos e omeletes, mas não pedimos por nossa opção. A equipe, exceto uma moça nova que nos atendeu quando chegamos na madrugada, foram muito educados e prestativos. A moça foi seca, apenas. O estacionamento é amplo e a região de boa segurança. O quarto é grande, acomodando muito bem, com roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. TV grande e ar condicionado excelente. O custo benefício é razoável. Vale pela conveniencia de comercios e por ter estacionamento gratis. De ruim era ter apenas 1 elevador, sendo que o outro estava quebrado.

Had a bad experience this visit. After a long flight no hot water for the shower. This happened on thee separate occasions. One elevator and it was not working properly either. Having to push the door open to get out. The room smelled I believe from unclean carpets.

A equipe, exceto uma moça nova que nos atendeu quando chegamos na madrugada, foram muito educados e prestativos. A moça foi seca, apenas. O estacionamento é amplo e a região de boa segurança. O quarto é grande, acomodando muito bem, com roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. TV grande e ar condicionado excelente. O custo benefício é razoável. Vale pela conveniencia de comercios e por ter estacionamento gratis. De ruim era ter apenas 1 elevador, sendo que o outro estava quebrado.

Had a bad experience this visit. After a long flight no hot water for the shower. This happened on thee separate occasions. One elevator and it was not working properly either. Having to push the door open to get out. The room smelled I believe from unclean carpets.
