Like the property. My only concern was that there was no latch/second lock on the door. Only the little deadbolt that is part of the door handle. Would have felt more secure with the “latch” type of lock as well

Not great customer service.

Worst breakfast included. Only reason for not higher rating. Meets and exceeds all expectations.

So yes, i feel like i have some issue on my skin outer layer. And i stay here 2 weeks ago as well and after that i went to pharmacy to get medication and at that time i though it was just allergies but today again right after i got skin allergy i did checkup in just 3 hrs or so. I feel so bad i wont b going to book this property next tym. Thanks

I initially booked in for 3 nights. I got to my room when I arrived .. the carpet had “stuff” throughout it, the toilet seat was not fastened, but the worst part … the smell (think overdose of grandma’s perfume). I immediately went back to the desk to check out. They suggested another room. I took it. It didn’t smell. The next morning I found 2 hairs (about a foot long) in my bed. I have very short hair. I went back to the desk to checkout for the remaining 2 nights. They battled me, stating they needed 24 hrs for the entire stay. I said I came down to checkout the first day. They finally “allowed” me to checkout, but not without a large difference in price (think over $200) for that one and only night. Never again …

For our needs, location was perfect,the only issue we had was with the vending machine could not get my debit card to work, I explained this to the front desk staff and they did not not offer a solution for that, and when I arrived home I discovered that my debit card had been applied 5 times. I never did get my beverage!!

I do lots of bookings in hotel and i would give a 6 for that price

Front desk people where not the happiest but efficient room was amazing food in restaurant. Was fantastic

We had a very welcoming front desk team. They had our room ready for us at arrival and explained the breakfast voucher system. Couldn't have been better.

Nice clean and kind staff, really enjoy staying here.
