I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was not great. The heater in my room was not working for the entire day. I notified staff and was told it would be fixed, but hours passed without any resolution. Because of the cold temperature, I ended up getting quite sick. They eventually moved me to another room, which I appreciated, but unfortunately that room was also cold and did not resolve the issue entirely. Overall, the lack of proper heating and the delay in fixing the problem made my stay very uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these heating issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended. One thing to improve would be cleaning the snow from the parking lot. It was a bit messy there.
