Clean quiet and just as expected sad that pool was closed

Needed to stay 2 days for husband's surgery. 5 min walk to hospital and no parking fees. Very nice, clean room and building. Will absolutely stay there again if needed. They offer a discount for hospital stays but only if booking directly. I booked with Expedia so was not able to get discount. But now I know for another time.

Very well located for us visiting our son. Comfortable beds. Breakfast selection OK but not that much of a priority for us. 2nd time there n will make it our go to place in London

The sofa should either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, as it is currently in fair condition and requires deep cleaning, including the exterior covers and interior mattress. Additionally, carpeting should be installed in the room’s sitting area. It is also recommended that the breakfast offering be expanded to include a wider variety of dishes. Furthermore, the room’s proximity to the elevator resulted in a noticeable level of noise disturbance.

The beds were super comfy and the sheets smelled really good. Check in was quick and the clerk was pleasant.

Location was near hospital that I was going into for tests. Very nice room, comfortable furniture and bed.

Great place at a great price

Overall, it was a nice place to stay and we would return. The things that affected our comfort were the air conditioner/air flow and the excess light at night. The room was stuffy and because the a/c unit was off when we arrived, the room never cooled down enough to move around comfortably without starting to sweat. It could be that the air just didn't flow properly, despite a/c being on full blast, and a different room would've been better. The light from the street also seeped in around the curtains and the microwave and alarm clock lights were much too bright. The room just wasn't dark enough. That being said, the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We liked that the shower supplies were located inside, for easy access and tidyness, and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The coffee and cookies in the lobby were a nice treat and the breakfast was a good spread - tasty and lovely.

This is an excellent place to stay out is in a great location clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful.

Staff was friendly, loved the cookies, but our room had a sofa bed that was dirty underneath. Mattress was also in rough shape when we pulled it out to make it up.

The room was pleasant and clean. The bathroom needed a makeover. The sink did not have a plug. The staff were not the friendliest. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. Location was good. Parking ideal.

Food was good.. Rooms were clean.. Staff accommodated wth changes. Parking close to hospital..walking distance. Close to eateries.

quiet and clean. was not there long but would stay again when back in the city. parking was very easy.

Nice hotel. Off the beaten path. It’s our second time staying here. We will be back.
