quiet and clean. was not there long but would stay again when back in the city. parking was very easy.

Nice hotel. Off the beaten path. It’s our second time staying here. We will be back.

The breakfast was a mess, there were no knives, plates, bread, butter. Fruit owl was empty. When she finally came to refill these it was so slow, I actually used a fork to spread jam on my toast. Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff was friendly, the cleanliness was impeccable, the breakfast was a typical American one, but everything was fresh and there was something for everyone, I especially liked the coffee machine, which makes real European espresso

Good place to stay and good value.

Staff was helpful finding a restaurant that we wouldn’t have to deal with the construction. The room we were booked into was not what I had expected so they were able to accommodate us with the room we wanted. The only complaint I have is their Kleenex is terrible . The toilet paper and napkins was softer then the Kleenex.

It's quiet and convenient and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast is awesome. Your choice of multiple things. The parking lot needs new spray paint on the lines to help you park between them. Everything else is pretty well no problem.

Great location with having a family member in the hospital. I was able to easily walk back and forth.

The TV system didn't work, for me or for others (I overheard them at the front desk): it was incredibly difficult to navigate, and there were serious and VERY frequent buffering issues that caused screen freezes. After an hour trying 4 different channels, I gave up and shut it down. I'm not a big TV junkie, but I had been looking forward to a quiet evening, just watching some telly without interruption, and sipping a glass of wine. I couldn't even watch the morning news, which is a serious thing for me. I've stayed there twice before and the staff are always good, but I noticed a few places where paint had chipped off (especially the bathroom mirror), and there was no grab bar of any sort to help get out of the shower/tub. With so many solo travellers, the vast majority of whom are older women, this just isn't safe. In future, if I stay there, it will only be for the location -- next to the hospital where I have to go for tests occasionally. I had been recommending this site to others, but now it will only be for the location. Was very disappointed this time.

Room was clean, water was hot, coffee was good and bed was very comfortable.
