Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the waffles. Matt at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. He allowed us to check in early, this was very much appreciated. Visited a friend at the Victoria hospital across the street, so the location was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and stay there again.

The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included free breakfast was very good, with nice assortment and selection of food. Free coffee/tea/etc was a nice bonus.

Clean, quiet, nice breakfast.

The room and hotel in general was very clean. The staff were pleasant. But the decor is extremely dated and lacked things that make a difference in comfort. It is very bare bones. The breakfast is very low quality. Coffee was decent though! We would not stay again.

Very clean and spectacular front desk help

We came in nearer to 11pm. Night desk attendant did not greet us / I felt we were interrupting him. Building was nicely quiet the whole visit. Room was not thoroughly cleaned: some areas were dusty, greasy smudges on the microwave, floor did not look vacuumed. Nightstand lamp did not work. We found it was not plugged in. The flat sheet on bed had the tag sticking out at the top, by your face... obviously put on the wrong way.

Room was great. Wish they had a mat for wet winter boots, since it’s laminate flooring.

I booked this room last minute as it is right across the road from the hospital and I needed somewhere to stay. The Room was very clean, the bathroom was stocked well and the breakfast was great for being free. I would definitely do short stays here again

Cheerful hospital front-desk staff at check-in. Spotless room with all amenities. CLEAN floor, counters, bathroom; with all towels carefully arranged. Cheerful staff in breakfast room the next morning. Excellent in all things.

There was absolutely no problems with this location. Easy and fast check in. The room was clean, organized and roomy. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to friends and family. Proximity to the hospital and surrounding stores and White Oaks Mall was perfect.
