Ladies at the executive lounge are very attentive to guests' needs. Swimming pool and gym were world class. They just changed their beds and were too firm (almost hard like many hotel beds in Asia) but the room director assured us that they will get softer and plusher beds to meet guests' needs in future. So email them to arrange for plush beds if you need them.

The breakfast has fruit from tropical areas including papaya and mangoes which were impressive. We had executive lounge access and we really enjoyed what they offered for dinner and afternoon tea. EVERY staff member were outstanding in his/her service. Special credit to Cass (from housekeeping who painstakingly tried her best to turn the hotel's new firm beds into softer beds which my husband needs) and Kathy (executive lounge) were especially attentive to our needs. Their senior staff managers and directors are always on a look out to ensure guests' needs are met. I appreciated the life guard offering to lend me a swimming cap which is a requirement for the use of pools in China. Great practice 👌 If you book this place, try to include executive lounge access and make sure you enjoy the state-of-the-art gym and pool.

I recently stayed at Four Seasons Beijing and had an exceptional experience. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. The staff in this hotel is very nice and professional. I found the bed was comfortable and i stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The only problem is that I had allergic reaction to either the bedding or the shower gel, i had this bad itchy rash on both of my legs after 2nd night of stay.
