The hotel was actually really nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. They provided toiletries, but there was one huge fault, the air-conditioning in our room did not work. It never went below 25°C. We complained at the Front Desk and the woman attending the Desk told us that they changed the thermostat at the Front Desk from 25 to 19 and it would start to cool down. She came up to our room and showed us that the fan was now blowing air. However, the room never cooled down. We could not sleep. It was super hot all night and the windows did not open. Outside it was cool and beautiful. One other good thing about the hotel is they offer a meal deal for £27.99. You get a full English breakfast and a two course dinner. The food was very good, although the beer was warm. If you stay at this hotel ask for a lower room because they appear to be cooler in the hallways.

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, free parking and exceptional air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was light. A wonderful night's sleep and we'll definitely stay here again.

We had room 101 huge room and the bathroom was a bit special lovely shower either added shower jets and also a huge bath with tv on wall. Location was great for train & Wimbledon shopping or the tennis which is why we were here. Would highly recommend a stay here,

Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely joyful — they remembered my friend and me, along with our room numbers, every single time we returned from exploring the city. Our solo rooms were perfect and had everything we could have asked for, including exceptional AC. Considering we were there during a historic heat wave, that was a gift indeed! A delightful surprise was the high‑end massage chair available for guests. After long days of walking and sightseeing, you better believe I made good use of it. The staff also went above and beyond by storing our gourmet chocolates in their fridge and keeping our freezer bags in their deep freeze. Thanks to them, our insulated coolers were perfectly chilled on departure, and our chocolates made it home without melting. Truly exceptional service all around. Thank you to the staff for everything — I will look back on this once‑in‑a‑lifetime trip with the fondest of memories!

We had a 1 night stay as we were attending the local Theatre .We had a Faboulous afternoon and evening .It was the next Morning when we went to get a shower .There was no hot water None what so ever .We took cold ones .I struggled because of a health issue .On check out we mentioned the water situation and were told ! Oh the boiler needed maintanance. So there hadn't been any the whole duration of are stay and for anybody else for that matter .He told us it had just been fixed..Nobody on check in or at any time mentioned it His attitude was not good .We paid £108 For the room oh and .1p transaction fee?.Which they are supposed to refund .Under the circumstances I think I should get a 50% Refund .I just cannot believe they didn't mention it like it was no big deal .Thank goodness we arrived ready for our afternoon and evening .Shocking .!!!

The room was tiny, and the shower was the smallest I have ever come across. I turned the TV on but couldn't then change channels or turn it off. The gentleman from reception came to the room and pulled the wardrobe out to see if he could get to the plug. Thought it was going to collapse it was so flimsy. Worst of all though was the aircon unit making a loud buzzing noise all night even though it wasn't switched on. Tried to take the room key card out which cut the power to most things, but not that. Had very disturbed nights sleep.

Lovely hotel. Great location as only a 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and the train station. The train is then only 15 minutes into the centre of London. The hotel has a free car park which is an added bonus. The room was clean and modern and there’s a nice bar area in the lobby. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely return.
