Overall a very nice hotel. We were a sports group staying for a weekend competition and we found the stay to be quite satisfactory. The bar and buffet were especially lovely

Good hotel stay for Download Festival. Breakfast was nice, though a little cramped for the food stations. Staff could do with some extra training as I had to repeat 3x that I wanted to check out a day earlier, so they could free up the room, as the woman who seemed to be both bar staff and front desk was confused because I wasn't on their system for check in that day. Also weird that despite the booking being under my name, they checked us in using my partner's name which added to the confusion.

All everything is good perfect hotel.

I liked the fact that it’s 24 hrs as always bar o/ front desk staff available. Very friendly . Room large and comfy , asked for extra pillows which were delivered . Easy to stay here and close to station large car park £5 per night

functional & clean as expected Amenities included gym, breakfast for £10. I would have liked to not be charged to park on site which was £5 in addition to your overnight stay but understand as it is near ish to the train station pride Park and city Centre. About 10/15 min walk to M&S Food and other fast food outlets.

The location, 800 yards from the train station, was why I booked a room for two nights in the first place. The hotel's staff was very helpful, pleasant, and went out of their way to help me. The hotel's room was small compared to others I stayed at during my trip, but it had all I needed, and the bed gave me two nights of wonderful, restful sleep.

Would stay again

The Hotel and room was was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic but the mattress was terrible, I usually have a hard mattress but it was like sleeping on the floor, I lost over 3hrs sleep through not being able to get comfy.

We arrived and were greeted by friendly staff. Unfortunately we were stung for a £5 parking fee.(This isn't an issue but just put it in the price, it's just a bitter start to the stay and not something you really want to be bothered with upon arrival especially when competitors don't charge for parking. The air freshener was so overpowering in the reception and landing areas that we were literally choking on it. Apart from it being toxic, we were tasing it for about an hour every time we entered these areas. Room was clean and fresh, hotel was generally noisy all night and we struggled to sleep at times. The bathroom and bedroom lighting is a joke. You must have the main bedroom light on to use the bathroom light! This is just a terrible design. If you need the toilet in the night then you find yourself using your phone torch light or your alternatives are waking up your room mate or wetting the seat. Again not something you want to be working out at 2am. Breakfast was a tasty full cooked style English with poor alternative choices. Items running low and they were slow to be replenished..Guests waiting for 10 minutes for eggs to be served. Plates had also not been replenished and again guests waiting for them. Coffee machine was Out of order and the alternative one didn't have mugs and wasn't well sign posted so people were confused and left guessing. Probably wouldn't stay again in all honesty. Never tried this supplier before so wanted to give it a go.

Stayed here several times whilst working in the area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms and decent WIFI speeds, ideal for a business trip.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable, including a buffet breakfast and a convenient location near the restaurant.

Hotel room was very clean nice shower and the staff were more than helpful location of hotel was excelent but i would not recomend drinking in the hotel very limited stock and very very overpriced
