The easy hotel is brilliant as-long as you can get over not having a window, the room is clean, me and my partner stop here as it’s good when we have a night out in Birmingham, the water pressure is good and it’s convenient location makes it a no brainier, for the price you can’t ask for anymore, beds are comfortable but only one pillow each!

Cannot comment on parking as i went by train. Station within 200 metres shops 400 metres. Room a little cramped either side of the bed

You require ID when checking in. Staff will argue with you if you don't have ID despite never mentioning the need for ID on any correspondence or listing. You can check for yourself... it's never mentioned. Room was small but clean and quiet.

The hotel is well placed in the city was quick access to shops, train station (New Street), concert venues (Town Hall and Symphony Hall). Doesn't have a restaurant, but plenty of eating places nearby. The hotel room, though small, was clean and had a comfortable bed.

Great location for shows at the O2 Academy. Very attentive, friendly staff. The room was smaller than the usual, but it was clean and had what we needed for the one night, and at such a good rate it was perfect!

Good location, friendly staff. The bed is comfortable enough and the shower is good. It is all very basic but you know what to expect with Easyhotels. One big issue was the air conditioning which did not work at all. The room was very hot and made for an extremely uncomfortable night. Windows wouldn't open.

Room was nice the only issue was the noise, there was loud music playing up until around 10pm also there was allot of banging and loud speaking coming through the door from the hallway.

Birmingham is an expensive city so you get what you pay for. This hotel was pretty clean and the front counter staff were extremely helpful and kind. I booked the smallest room which has no window. If you’ve ever been in Japan you know what a Capsule Hotel is. The sleeping area is the same as a Capsule Hotel and in addition it has a private bathroom. But don’t expect to have a place to put your suitcase.

The room was very cold due to non working air system. Had to complain to staff and lady kindly came to check but couldnt get it to work as was faulty and we was given an electric heater. The tv kept freezing so had no tv on the first night so the second day i had to complain and the staff had to come reset the tv. I also had fluff and a tiny hair on my bed which i wasnt pleased about. Also there was a limescale or some sort of dirt or floaty from the got water machine
