This was such a lovely stay. Our room was upgraded when we arrived, check in was a little late so we had complimentary drinks. Staff were lovely. The hotel is in a great location. Loved it, would recommend.

Big room but poorly run property. Housekeeping came once early in the morning while we were still sleeping. We asked them to come back later, they never did. Staff overall was not very helpful. The alarm system was tripped at 11:50pm on one night of our stay and the whole procedure was handled poorly, from information during the complete evacuation of the hotel, to bringing people back inside. Sad to say we should have stayed at our other hotel from earlier in the trip.
