CARK PARKING IS £80! they give you a code to reduce it to £50 which is still an absolute joke! No where else to park nearby. Avoid this greedy hotel

£50 per night parking fee means that this hotel is significantly more expensive to stay in than the headline rate. In the desk’s defence the staff were very helpful but nonsense parking prices!!

This hotel is a good option for a weekend away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was okay, although it could be improved by offering more savoury options and a wider selection overall. Overall, we had a nice stay

All perfectly pleasant. Clean. Rooms average city hotel size. Staff friendly and helpful.. air con great in recent v hot weather. Breakfast perfectly fine. Only two things to be aware of. £50 a day to park in the car park. Use alternate parks or the park and ride at £3 a day and bus in then get a cab.

Breakfast was delicious and filling. Carpets in the room need cleaning and the view was a graveyard 👻👻👻👻

Arrived at the hotel and found parking would be charged st £50 per night (WOW), or use another car park for £20 per night. If car par was full each night it would be in excess of £1000 each night. Our room was ok but very cold, after three trips to reception we were given a heater. The room looked like it had a rough vacuum at best. The daily room service was the most basic I have seen as the bed wasn't even made daily. The hotel was in a great location with public transport just across the road. The reception staff appeared to be very blaise about there role, maybe some training or maybe better wages might encourage them a bit. Breakfast was ok.

It was a walkable distance into town. Rooms were not cleaned before 4pm There was no storage for clothes other than 6 metal hangers in an open shelf. Was difficult to live out of suitcase for 4 nights The shower pressure was awful Rubbish bin in breakfast area was extremely dirty and was not cleaned during the duration of our stay

Clean, modern hotel with quiet and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. 10-15 minutes walk to city centre with parking at the hotel and bus stop nearby. The hot breakfast every morning was delicious and great value.

Just so expensive and very low quality breakfast. Clean tho - room was fine.

They are not allowing me to park the car on the premises and are demanding 50 GBP every 24 hours. When I refused to pay, they cancelled my room.

Could not fault the hotel but the parking charge is extortionate. It will prevent us from staying there again.

Parking was very good lots of room. At reception we was greeted by a very helpful and friendly young lady (Anna) Fantastic job 👏. In fact all the staff where very helpful (Tsekani maintenance man) was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plenty to eat very enjoyable. The hotel and rooms where very clean , I would definitely book here again if I am the area.

travel a lot for work and stay in hotels two to three nights a week. I’ve stayed in many hotels, from three-star to five-star. The main reasons I return to a hotel are cleanliness, good service, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived, the front desk staff member did not look professional. His appearance was untidy, with his shirt sleeves rolled up showing his tattoo and his nails were dirty. Which made the hotel feel more like a rough bar than a welcoming place to stay. The check-in was not friendly. He did not say “welcome” or “good afternoon.” He just asked for my last name. When I asked about parking, he told me it was expensive and suggested I park somewhere cheaper five minutes away. I felt this was not helpful and came across the wrong way. I also asked about food. When he mentioned pizza, which I don’t like. I then asked about a restaurant nearby, and he said it was very good but expensive. I felt there was too much focus on price, which made me uncomfortable. As a guest arriving in business attire, I expected a more professional and welcoming service. Instead, I felt judged and slightly insulted. I hope this feedback helps improve the service in the future.

I did not stay there and was unable to change or cancel reservation. I had no luck getting ahold of Expedia, the property staff were kind but could not help me change the date without Expedia?!? I lost all the money and tried am very frustrated! I use Expedia a lot and this was a terrible experience! I hope Expedia reaches out to me to correct this Sure the property was lovely but Expedia really dropped the ball and I paid the price for nothing : (

Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Great location of Bath city centre, just a short walk. We had no problems parking onsite.
