Make up room was late afternoon so we didn’t get it. That was the only thing I was not too happy about it, but when we checked in the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly and nice that she gave us free breakfasts. Location was great that what we needed. Room is nice and big and bed was very comfortable. Overall it is a very nice hotel.

The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The hotel is in Central London, close to Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and many other attractions. Convenience stores are also very nearby.

we had an issue with check in - poor customer service , but to be fair we raised this and the management team were keen to explore what happened and to make it right which was really good . so overall the staff were friendly and 1 unhelpful person is not representative of the hotel as a whole . Would definitely rebook

Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!
