We were told when we arrived there that no they were coming in our room unless we asked for them to come in, which is fine one of the days we came back and they changed the locks on the doors to the room. Am my medication and phone we’re inside. I got back late and there were no staff to let me in how to get hold of a security which took a long time. No reason given as to why they didn’t tell us about their lock change it was like we didn’t matter

The room was in a very mediocre condition and wasn’t cleaned even though it was requested during a 5 day accommodation. The bathroom supplies were very low quality. The place was not like a 3 star hotel and was more like a motel.

A good three star hotel.
Room was like a student dorm, but manageable for the one night I was there for. Water took ages to get hot. Location was perfect as I was working in Brunel uni. Parking was available and FREE which was a bonus.

Staff were very helpful however the hotel needs a little maintenance. The first room I was given was so oppressively hot and the thermostat on the radiator was broken. I asked for another room, second room did not have a thumb turn on the door to lock it. Not safe for a solo woman guest. Third room had a working thermostat and thumb turn! Happy guest, however most of the electrical items in the room had an out of date PAT test. Sadly the restaurant was shut in the evening but the breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold options.
