Stayed here two nights before an international flight so it would be easy to get to the airport the morning we left. Moxy delivered on my expectations better than almost every other hotel during my two week stay in the UK. The property was clean, well staffed and all the staff even the cleaning people were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quiet (somehow you can’t even hear the planes) and the breakfast buffet is great I highly recommend adding it on. The breakfast had options to cater to every taste and diet plus lots of places to sit. My only complaint is in the twin room you only got one pillow each.

Stayed here before and it’s always been a good option before flying from Heathrow. This time it wasn’t up to scratch. The room smelt of smoke - fresh smoke like perhaps the person before had been chain smoking. The bathroom door didn’t close properly either and the pillows were pathetic. Wouldn’t stay again - for the price there are many other options in the area.

Overpriced processed food and basic breakfast! But then you are in London area. Won,t be staying here again. Staff behind the bar didn't understand English and weren't friendly or helpful.
