Great value accommodation. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Only slight downside was that the noise seemed to travel through from other rooms a little bit. Otherwise excellent and would definitely recommend

The general overall stay was super. The staff very helpful especially when we had a problem with our tv, came and sorted it straight away. The organisation of the breakfast with tables linked to your room name was a real plus! Much nicer than 'sit where you like'! Breakfast was lovely with great service, the one down side was the lack of fresh fruit and the tables could be a little larger! Room was clean, well maintained and serviced. Great to have parking and only a 2 minute walk into the centre of town. Definitely recommend 👌

It is about 25 mins drive to princess cruise port and a good place for one night stay. I was a bit worried about carrying suitcases upstairs. Susan relied to my question before my trip and offered assistance if needed. There are several local restaurants within 5 mins walking. My husband left one bag in Uber car. Susan helped call our driver and had the bag back on time. Breakfast on the second day was excellent. We had very good time there. I will consider to book again in future.

Honest, true review. The hotel welcome at reception was good, with the male member of staff taking us to our room and showing us around. We had one of the Mad Hatter self catering cottages. The cottages are clearly in need of an update, with paint flaking off of walls, creaky stained floorboards and stains on chair cushions. What we paid was reasonable for what we got, being a three bedroom cottage during half term. Unfortunately for us, the main room at the front was absolutely unbearable with the road noise. People who walked past, we heard every word of their conversation and could even hear the road noise with our ear plugs in. We ended up having to move the mattress into the lounge to block out the noise. The hotel was full so we couldn’t ask to be moved. The location however is fantastic if you love being in Lyndhurst. Only a short couple of minutes walk into the centre. We didn’t eat the breakfast as this wasn’t included with the cottages.

Ample parking. Staff were helpful. Stayed in apartment one with two kids. Good value for money. Bedrooms are nice. Bathroom and kitchen are a bit tired, but practical. Has everything we needed. You do hear the road from the front double bedroom, but my kids slept fine. There is an emergency door at the double room at the back, so not recommended for kids. Otherwise it’s conveniently located for the town. An affordable way to explore the new forest.

Lovely spacious room for my family of 4. Clean, ample towels, and bedding. General areas all clean, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy and onsite, and it's great how close you are walking distance into Lyndhurst high street. Breakfast was very nice and had plenty of choice. Huge thanks!

We stayed in an apartment for the night. It was very spacious and freshly decorated, if a little sparsely. The property is pretty tired on the outside but fortunately was fine inside. It was a very reasonable price for 3 bedrooms. Only issue was a lot of road noise in the front bedroom.
