Ideally located for a late Eurostar arrival into London. Check-in was very quick as my arrival was anticipated and staff were extremely pleasant. I had a minor issue with the keycard reader (which was quickly resolved by reception) and the climb to the top floor was tiring after a full day's travel, however, the location meant I had a solid 10 hour's sleep without disturbance. The studio had a full kitchen including an oven and freezer but I only needed the kettle and microwave. The complimentary refreshments were appreciated as were the little things like Fairy liquid, a new sponge scrubber and kitchen roll. The bathroom was well appointed and included toiletries and even a dental kit. Reception held my luggage after check-out until I caught my afternoon onward train. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at Studios2Let a few times now and never had too much to complain about: this time in particular the room was nice and comfortable.

I wrote and asked for a ground apartment since we are 80 years old. I was given an apartment in the underground, It had a terrible narrow stair, I had to climb it in 45 degrees, the foot was almost hanging- In case of fire, impossible to escape. This type of apartment must be forbidden by the Candem county-

Great room and fabulous shower. The only issue was the wifi which wasn’t strong in the room. But there is a wonderful common room very close by that was great for working in. Kitchenette was so useful. Truly well thought through. And lots of cupboard space. Superb location. Will definitely stay again.

I would have given a five star hands down and will definitely stay here again but the shower was not working properly during this stay (great in the room I first stayed in) with only super hot water that I couldn’t shower in and the tv was not working. But the staff are amazing, the rooms are the cleanest I’ve ever been in and the facilities with the kitchenettes are superb. As is the location.

I loved my stay ! It’s really beautiful area, and I could like a Londoner watching guys playing tennis in front of my windows. The kitchen spared me a lot of money.

Studio apartment, fridge and kitchen ware handy. Good wifi, plenty of towels, my preferred stay when I'm working in London. Reception is tiny so can get crowded/hard to navigate when busy.

Conveniently positioned for early Eurostar. Compact studio up two flights of very steep stairs. Full kitchen facilities. Great price. Main issue was my bed was placed directly under a draughty sash window with no headboard and wifi signal and speed very poor.

Other than the no elevators, it's a solid hotel between 3 Underground Stations / 2 major train stations. Great local neighbourhoods and pubs.

Well equipped studio. Easy walking distances to Euston and Kings Cross or St Pancras stations. Also close to tube lines and bus services. Ideal place for a stay in London.

Comfortable studio flat in excellent central location. Helpful staff. Will come back.

Ok bad points first, the patio studio is tiny and in the basement, patio is basicaly 2mx1 surrounded by high walls. So its a little bit suffocating. Thankfully staff were quite helpful and changed my room to the balcony one,which was more lively and brighter although i should get some refund and i didnt. Another one is a double bed, well mattress worn out and well too soft and bed was more like the portable ones very wonky. I had bad back after sleeping on this mattress. I think this shpuld be replaced with reasonable better beds. Apart of that all the rest was fine, balcony is more for decoration but you can stand on it if ypu have to. Although barriers very low so dont stand drunk in case you fall. The good points are location-basically 5 minutes walk from Euston station and amazing little gem pizza place called pizza pilgrims where they served the best puzza and spicy margarita i ever had (next to the station). So location perfect in quiet area,staff are pleasant. Thats about it i guess.

It is in an excellent location. The room I had was small but having the kitchenette was perfect. I stayed 10 days and the room was cleaned once. Not an issue for me but worth noting. There is 24 hour attendance at the entrance.

Fantastically convenient central location, clean, quiet and well priced. Just what I needed.

Two night stay. Young lady at check in was very nice. Room was clean but only one tiny squeeze tube of shower soap for 2 people - gone after first use and no room service to replace it.

We needed cleaning supplies from the front desk (there weren't enough in the room). Other than that, no complaints.
