The room was nice and clean, great location and customer service. Something to keep in mind is that with some of the older buildings here in the UK, there are no air-con or elevators(A fan was provided in my room). Consider this if you are planning your trip during a heat wave and have heavy luggage… one of their amazing employees(unfortunately I didn’t get her name!) assisted me in lugging mine up 3 flights of stairs. Regardless I had a wonderful stay!

Stayed on top floor so kept me fit going up and down stairs! Great location with eateries around but little kitchenette well equipped including oven, hob and microwave and fridge with icebox. Effective air conditioning was a godsend. Very quiet. Good value for money- Would definitely stay again

AC was stated in the description and only a small fan was provided. We were placed by the Main Street and it was extremely loud all night while trying to sleep. Room was not very clean when we arrived. Hair left in the shower and on the floor. The mini fridge smelled and it lingered through out the room. Front desk staff were kind. I appreciate them holding onto our luggage before and after checkout.

Very basic, no frills room. The air con didn't work and we stayed during the heatwave. Couldn't really open the window because the window was accessible from the street. In the morning there was staff walking up and down right outside the window, so no privacy really. Basically it's ok, if you need to just sleep somewhere for one night and nothing else

Not all room types have air conditioning, so be sure to check before booking. The mattress could use an upgrade, as I could feel the springs while sleeping. The shower’s hot water control is quite counterintuitive, and it took me a while to figure out how to adjust the temperature properly. On the positive side, the kitchen is well equipped, and the laundry room is free and convenient, making longer stays more comfortable

Reception was staffed 24 hours and always helpful. They let us in early and nothing was too much problem. We found the location to be very central. We were on the top floor so the climb up four levels with luggage after our trip from Sydney was testing - after that it was great. Highly recommended

An excellent location, close to King's Cross, the British Library and the British Museum, but on a quiet road. The room was small but had everything one would need for self-catering. The staff were great, always helpful. And there was air conditioning!! unexpected and much much appreciated during the recent heatwave. Definitely highly recommend!

It's my 4th time in the hotel and I love it and it's location and especially the fact that it have a kitchent ...bug this time I got a room without an a.c. which was a bit tough in the heat wave in London ..I should have paid notice even though it not the first time there ..

Petit studio. Évier de la sdb très petit. Celui de la kitchenette mal placé. J'avais pris une petite terrasse, on oublie ça, 1m x 4m avec un mur de 5m de haut. Bref, rien à faire avec. En général, à part une localisation ok. C'est un studio très moyenun peu petit.

Great location in ten St.Pancras/St. George Cross/Bloombury district. Walking distance to train station and public transportation, restaurants/pubs/cafes, shopping and interesting sites. My bathroom room ceiling was leaking water so the first day of checking in, maintenance had to repair a leak. The flat was small but had a small kitchen and bathroom. It was challenging to store you luggage. No lifts so recommend to have a flat that have minimal stairs.

Walking distance to Kings Cross which was very handy for onward trips and using the tube. Accommodation was clean, rooms were on the small side as was the bathroom but it suited our needs for 2 nights. Would use again if back in London. Very happy to have air conditioning during the summer
