It was fabulous from arriving to leaving. We were greeted by a very informative gentleman, wo did not get flustered even when there were other guests wanting to ask questions or book out. Very helpful when we asked questions regarding the travelling.
The room was very clean and had everything we required.
Breakfast the next morning was fabulous and had a lot of choice. Again staff attentive.
We have already said we would certainly book again and inform friends.

Don't be fooled by the look of the hotel, its not the nicest building but once you are inside the staff are very friendly and quick with checking. The room was very clean with a great shower. It was also so quiet on the evenings, not sure if this was due to the sound proofing or the time of year. The breakfast was excellent in a nice room and once again very warm and helpfull staff.

The toilet seat, shower head holder, and shower screen were all broken.
The loo roll was so cheap, and the bed covers were torn. But the staff were mostly all polite and helpful.
