My husband and I stayed here for one night and can recommend it. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location is great - it’s very close to the airport, in a safe area, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a complementary airport shuttle! We enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at the Ramada in Addis Ababa and had a wonderful experience. The front desk team was highly professional, yet warm, kind, and genuinely helpful.
The food was excellent, the spa treatments were smooth and relaxing, and the entire staff was attentive throughout my stay. The location near everything also makes it very convenient.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff at this hotel were amazing very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. They deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet expectations. I ordered a crib for my infant, but what was provided looked like a pet cage and was not appropriate or safe for a baby. Due to this experience, I would rate the hotel 1 star, even though the staff were excellent.
