The place is very central. Within walking distance to many attractions like the Seine river cruise, Notre Dame, etc. It's also beside the St Michel Notre Dame station. Hotel rooms are quaint and comfortable. Recommended to take room with view.

Location couldn't be better, room is large, quiet (our room faced an internal garden) and well equiped. Lobby offers a generous 24 hours supply of complimentary hot drinks and water. Only drawback is the awful 70s decor of the room. If you can disregard it, it's a great hotel.

Everything was perfect specially the location with our wonderful view to the Seine River from our room window. The only issue was the hotel elevator, which was extremely slow and you had to wait minutes when you’re inside for it to close the door and go up or down. All the rest was great.

The place does not reflect the price.., over priced! There were 2 elevators, one was broken our entire visit which made it difficult going to our room. We had jack hammers, demolition, happening above us. The manager was very gracious in placing us in a different room. All in, I was disappointed for the price we paid.

When I read a review, I discount people’s feelings and illogical statements like: our room in Paris is small or expensive. If you are going to Paris, expect both. Our stay was one week and we are not fussy travelers. What I appreciate is information that is based on facts, and reviews that present the positive along with the negatives. That is what I am going to offer my readers. Let’s start with some positives. The coffee program is top notch with two automated machines that turn out delicious coffee, and the 19 euro breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The location is excellent and walkable and I would like to emphasize my pleasure of having a well appointed in-room kitchenette; this gave us some autonomy from eating out every meal. Now the negatives along with pictures to make this a factual assessment. While the lobby is bright, clean, and well maintained, the rooms and other areas are not. Our room had what looked like a bleach spill on carpeting that is long overdue for replacement, and unsightly trim. The walls were marred and needed paint. The gym was tiny, equipment was out of commission, and had been for quite some time based on previous reviews. The staircase pics are embarrassing. The management and ownership shoulder the blame. Walk your property and make repairs! Sample your rooms for condition. Cleaning and paint are not capital expenditures, it’s maintenance. At best, you are a 3-star facility. You can do better and you should.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was nice having a small kitchenette. We really appreciated their free water refills and free coffee in the morning. We appreciated having a laundry in the basement. The problems were that one elevator was broken for 5 continuous days. The air conditioner could not always keep up with the heat wave.

Quick review: Staff was helpful and allowed early check-in. Clean facility and conveniently close to all major landmarks in the Saint-Germain area. Rooms are a good size for the price, especially for Paris. One downside was that there was no room cleaning during our 5-day stay, so we had to replace towels ourselves, etc. Other than that, everything was as expected.

Staff all around was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and kudos to The staff there for keeping up with the crowds and demand. The room was spacious with a full kitchenette. I booked the property because of a perceived reputation with Citadines and it fell far below expectations of value for the money. 16 days in residence with only 2 cleanings was inadequate. Numerous trips to the front desk and supply closet for basics were required. Also, noise from some construction projects and painting in the hotel itself made for a disruptive stay, though again, all the workers were very pleasant. Room was very warm until I was able to secure a fan, which I wouldn't have wanted to do without. One glaring example of oversight was what looked like dog poop on a floor mat runner going from the main building to the back one past the gym area. It was there for over a week of my stay before being replaced.

The location was fantastic. The only problem we encountered was our original room. We had written numerous times that my mother in law was elderly and could not do stairs. So when we got there they gave us a room with a spiral staircase that lead to the bedroom and the shower. Luckily the hotel wasn’t at full capacity and we were given a beautiful room with a king bed. I believe it was an upgrade! After that everything was wonderful.

Lights out, clogged shower head, generally looked worn and tired. Lift had issues as well, door would not close at times. Had to use the stairs more than once.
