Hotel room was very clean but a few things seemed to be out of order, including a rip in the lower part of the bed frame. The shower door was also having a difficult time catching the water from hitting the floor due to the plastic piece attached to the frame being loose. Booked a room with a view and was not disappointed! I could see the Eiffel Tower even during cloudy days, as well as the Cathedral Notre Dame. Room felt a tad on the smaller size. If you are claustrophobic I would not recommend, but it does its job overall if you are not. Would book again.

Great location for Gare de Lyon train station, 2 mins walk. We walked to Eiffel tower, took us maybe 30 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us and we enjoyed our stay. There was an early check in available, which after a 30 hour flight was music to my ears. The room is small but that is known and part of the package! Very well designed rooms, felt like I was back in Japan!

The hotel is very eco friendly, and uses a lot of tech. The rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection and was quite tasty. It's close to Gare de Lyon and many metro/RER/bus lines although it is within a short walking distance to Bastille.

This hotel is a great find. Very modern and efficient, had everything I needed except bottled water. It was cute and clean and the staff was very helpful. It’s conveniently located next to two large metro stations, so commuting into the tourist areas is quite easy after you figure out the system. I would stay at other CitizenM locations after this one. It felt very high-tech and chic. My room was very quiet and had such a lovely view of the Seine and the beautiful clock tower. The bedding was also very comfortable.

I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times in various locations once in New York and the other in Paris however, I must say the location in Paris is next level. The rooms are larger. The amenities are more. The restaurant is amazing with actual food. I highly recommend this property and the staff is great.

This is my second time staying at Citizen M, I stayed once in New York and this last time in Paris and while both locations are very different, they are also very familiar. However, I must say the Paris location is so nice. I loved it and I will be back.

On checking in, the very sweet staff member whose name I can’t remember, was so kind!! She heard it was my first trip to Europe and upgraded our room to make sure we had an Eiffel Tower view. The rooms are small, but it’s Paris! Who’s spending that much time in room anyway? The location turned out to be a litt farther than we had hoped for some of the things we wanted to do, but a train station hub across the street really helped. I would stay at a citizen M again.
