Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs

The hotel rooms have been modernized and have new electrical outlets and plumbing. We had a one bedroom suite which was spacious with a large bathroom. Conveniently located near Metro lines and many neighborhood retail. Le Bon Marche is a short walk nearby along with a big market for gourmet products. Would stay here again.

Such a beautiful hotel with contemporary fun touches like a record player in the room. Lots of space, nice toiletries, great coffee bar and extremely kind and helpful staff. Very convenient to metro.

Great location, large room, helpful staff

The room was clean and made up promptly. We did not take breakfast. a snack for dinner the night before was not impressive, so we decided not tp tale breakfast.The bar was lovely.

Staff are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. The rooms were prepared with lots of thought. Breakfast are devine. The area is safe, quiet and convenient. They real nailed the details.

Very nice hotel in a quieter area of Paris but within walking distance of the river, stayed with family and had two adjacent rooms which worked well.

Booked last minute due to a delayed flight, showed up 30 min after reserving and was welcomed by name. Was offered champagne while checking in! Room was compact but plenty of room for just crashing and relaxing. Super clean, super secure, beautiful bathroom, free sparkling mineral water. Guests get a discount at the lobby restaurant which I didn’t eat at but it looked really nice. Lots of great food nearby, the concierge’s recommendation was excellent. Will definitely stay next time I am in Paris.

This hotel was absolutely stunning and we had very good service. The staff were nice and helpful. We had an issue where our AC wasn’t working properly at one point but they came promptly and brought us a fan temporarily. The breakfast was also delicious. My only concern is that their restaurant isn’t open so there’s no room service of actual meals.

The best feature was the support we received from the main desk. A woman named Florence was extremely helpful on several issues over our 3 day stay. Her positive attitude and welcoming demeanor every day were great.

The staff were absolutely excellent; however, we believe this hotel has a mold issue. After the first night, we had to switch rooms due to the most horrid smell i've ever experienced in a hotel room, and we both woke up feeling very sick. I was ill for the next four days with nausea, loss of appetite, a feverish feeling, and extreme fatigue. My sister experienced severe fatigue, a sore throat, and a stuffy nose. (All of our symptoms were consistent with mold exposure.) Our second room initially smelled fine, but after a few days a mild odor developed in the bathroom as well. A staff member mentioned that someone had flooded a bathroom on our floor about a month earlier, which could explain the strong mildew or mold smell in our original room. However, when we spoke with the manager, she denied the presence of mold and offered only a 10% discount for the first night of our eight-night stay. While other aspects of the hotel were good, our trip was largely ruined by how sick we became and the lingering exhaustion for the remainder of our stay. I recommend exercising caution when considering this hotel as mold exposure is extremely serious.

Loved everything about this hotel - the neighborhood, the closeness to the metro, the staff were so kind, the restaurant, the rooms - loved it all !

Very nice breakfast with fresh fruits, creamy scrambled eggs and many bread varieties and delicious butter. The rooms are very soothing and calm. The staff super friendly with free refills of still and sparkling water in the aluminum bottles provided
