Wonderful hotel to stay, views of the Eiffel Tower, and a short walk

Great walking distance to the Eiffel Tower & many other attractions. Lots of cafes & restaurants in the area. Great view of the Eiffel Tower at night from the rooftop! Staff were very attentive & helpful!

Rooms were spotless. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We had an adorable balcony and loved having the balcony doors opened. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Enjoyed our stay at the Rayz Eiffel very much. It was in a wonderful location and we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower every night to see it sparkle.

My wife and I booked this hotel from 7/11-7/17/26 along with my parents and 2 sisters. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and even provided a free room service breakfast for staying a certain amount of nights. There is a large and spacious exterior terrace on the top floor that overlooks the city and the Eiffel Tower (perfect for watching the fireworks during our stay). The staff also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout since our flight was a couple hours after checking out. It’s a great location - right in the center of Champs de Mar and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Our stay was by far not what we expected. The lady in the front desk was extremely nice she even let us check in early after a long flight. Now for the room. The room smelled and looked dirty to the point we found a q-tip by the window. Now comes the best part when we laid down and turn on the light for the night stand we saw dust coming out of the bed sheets. It was really disgusting literally dusted coming out of the best sheets. Luckily we only stayed for 2 days. They really need to do better when it comes to cleaning. We honestly could not wait to check out. Like I said the front desk staff was extremely nice. Will I ever stay here again? A absolutely not.

Rayz Eiffel was a magnificent place to stay in Paris. Staff was fantastic the whole week. Room was clean and had all the amenities we required, the air conditioning was spot on and was a welcome relief during the 38°C heat wave. Without question the best part was location, waling distance to the metro, the Eiffel tower, laundry, grocery stores, and many restaurants, and the view from the roof was amazing during the Bastille Day fireworks. Thank you Rayz Eiffel for making our trip to Paris and our 20th wedding anniversary special.

Welcoming staff, wonderful service despite my inability to speak any French. Room was beautiful and well equipped. The terrace was relaxing and offered a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower at nighttime.

We had a wonderful stay at Rayz Hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family to spread out comfortably. The kids absolutely loved staying here, which made the trip even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop patio—it felt so peaceful and dreamy, and the view of the Eiffel Tower was absolutely magical, especially in the evening. If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly hotel with spacious rooms and an incredible rooftop view, I would definitely recommend Rayz Hotel!

The view from the balcony was fantastic. There were many very helpful and kind staff who served an extremely excellent, fulfilling breakfast. Another thing that I noticed was how comfortable the bed was, I had an amazing night sleep! If you stay here you must visit the roof, the view is fantastic! 10/10 would most certainly recommend for travellers, it made our stay in Paris so much more enjoyable and was one of our many highlights.
