We loved the location. The air conditioning was great! The staff was very helpful in getting taxis for us and the taxis arrived promptly. We liked the balcony and the city view from our window.

The location worked well for our trip here. The luggage storage is very helpful and the AC felt amazing. Very helpful staff as well. The showers are small so it takes some getting used to. The bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom had no counter space or toilet lid. Only one staff member was rude when my roommate tried to use a plug in in lounge when he said it was closed and was hateful

This room was over promised online, as it ended up being the bare minimum. What really killed the experience for me was the lack of plug ins beside the bed in my room. Unfortunately you have to charge everything on the very small counter, not convenient for phone charging overnight. Room was a square, not overly tight, but the bathroom did feel that way. There is a double door situation in which the main room light was controlled outside the first door, but before the hallway door which wasn’t convenient. It contained outdated technology (small TV screen) The neighborhood is quieter, which was a positive.

We found a cockroach in our room but overall the room was clean, staff said it was probably from our luggage or someone else’s, we were moved to an alternate room and no further issues

Well located hotel, close to bars and restaurants. It’s one of those small room hotels to just sleep and spend time outside. The room is small, the tv was old, the restroom is right in front of the bed. Works for a solo trip, not for couples.

Hôtel très bien. Bien situé et propre. Le service est courtois et chaleureux. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas et ça aura pris trois jours avant qu’on change les piles. Le robinet de la salle de bain était lousse. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas bien.

The staff was fantastic. However we were only provided with 2 towels, no face or hand towels. On day 2 we asked for clean dry towels because we got caught in the rain and needed to shower to get warm. We were told they had none available. Lightning in the bathroom could have been brighter.
