Great location and comfortable hotel room. Breakfast was fantastic.

Excellent location in Fussen, very clean, nice restaurant. Rooms are well-maintained. Staff are nice and friendly. I used the indoor parking in the hotel, was very tricky with for my large truck.

Convenient location in the lovely town of Füssen with easy access via train. Also easy access to the nearby castles by public transit and trivial walking distance to great restaurant options. Free breakfast was also great and appreciate it was available until 10:30 for us not-so-early risers.

I was traveling with my husband and our two teenage sons. We only stayed at this hotel for one night but I would have happily stayed longer. The four of us had plenty of space and the room was clean. There was AC and it was quiet. It was a 2 min walk from the station which was very convenient. The best part was the breakfast. They had a juicer so you could make fresh juice, coffee machines with multiple options, different teas etc. for food there were different pastries and breads with several jams and honey. They had hot foods - fried eggs, scrambled eggs, meats, crepes, pancakes. They had cereals and yogurts. They even had a chocolate fountain with bananas and strawberries which our sons took full advantage of. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Great hotel. Location excellent - a step from old town and the station (where the buses to the sights all start from). Didn't use the gym/sauna etc but gym looked decent. Room was good. No complaints whatsoever. Sure some of the rooms which have a balcony with a view of the mountains would be fabulous. Ours was nice to have. Thanks to the lovely lady who served us at bar. Very friendly service. All staff very helpful. And finally. First rate buffet breakfast.

The room looks newly renovated. The staff is very helpful and responsible; also, response efficiently to emails if there are any questions. A variety of foods for the breakfast buffet. Recommended to reserve a parking spot if you are driving, as the garage is small. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location and the room was perfect for us. It was nice and large! Having the toilet separate from the shower was a nice bonus. Breakfast was lovely! We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms spacious and comfortable. We had a gorgeous view out our window of a castle. Breakfast incredible-served with champagne and a chocolate fondue fountain. Everything about our stay here was lovely.

Great location in the centre of town but that means you may have to park in the public packing garage rather than at the hotel. They do have an underground car park but it was full when we arrived. Not too much hassle though and a slightly discounted rate for the 24 hours. Other than that the hotel was exactly what we needed for the night, clean, comfortable and cool.

We loved our stay! The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend it. Wish we had stayed longer!

We spent one night at this hotel after a long day of exploring from Innsbruck, through Garmish and into Fuessen. The rooms were nice and cute, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The layout of the building is strange, but nothing to cause any alarms or negative comments. One of the two rooms we received had a balcony, while the other had windows overlooking the inner square area, which included the restaurant below. Both were great! The staff were so polite and kind during check in and shared helpful information regarding parking, nearby restaurants and attractions. Speaking of restaurants, there are plenty of those nearby. One at the hotel, along with several within a two minute walk. The close proximity to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles was a definite bonus when choosing to book this hotel. Definitely recommend.

Wow. Every single thing was perfect. The stay far exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was unparalleled.

Best breakfast Buffett for miles around. It was a beautiful spread of amazing food, fruits, drinks!

On the whole the hotel was clean snd well located for walking around the charming little town of Fussen. Breakfast is reputedly great but very expensive so we passed on it. The Alt Stadt (old town) starys literally across the street and has a totally pedestrian walking area with many restaurants etc. Our main criticism as of the parking. If you arrive with a car they don't have a lot of parking spots behind the hotel....no surprise as Fussen is a busy town with the three local castles. Our complaint was because they told us twice at the check in that their lot was full (it was 5 pm so no surprise there) but that we coupd park instead at a nearby commercial lot and they would reumburse us. The lot turned to be considerably further away than they told us and next morning the person on the front desk refused to reimburse us for the expense and hassle of the offsite parking.....very unprofessional we thought.

Breakfast is just outstanding The area is so convenient to go for dinner and join the tour. It takes only a couple of minutes to the station

Beautiful hotel in the center of Fussen. Very convenient location with great food all around the hotel.

Great location. Our room was very nice and very clean. The bathroom and separate water closet were exceptional. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great! Parking is convenient with electric chargers for a fee. But garage is very tight to get in and out and park. The only negative which I mentioned at checkout was the hallway 4th floor badly needed replacing.

Breakfast was great, so many delicious options. They upgraded our room but the toilet wasn't clean, no coffee or tea in the room. Bed was comfortable. Overall was good
