The hotel is unique, because it kinda different room with the reception. But I like how the spacious the room was, the heater working just fine, the bed is comfortable. The toilet was clean and nice, and there’s a hairdryer too. I like the hotel overall

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location of the hotel is just right across the train station and in the heart of the city. Totally recommended!

I would say excellent for this hotel. Feels like staying at 5-star hotel.The staff are very helpful. Rooms are very clean and have large area especially toilet! The facilities in the bathroom are great and clean. Also, the location is quite near the train station in 10 mins walk. Really recommend this hotel if you come to Cologne.
