From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. We want to give a special shout-out to Harsh H., who was remarkably helpful throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine kindness ensured that we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and settled. The special setup the hotel arranged for Aadhya was such a thoughtful and "fabulous" touch. It’s rare to find a luxury hotel that balances high-end elegance with such a warm, family-oriented heart. The entire team made us feel like more than just guests; they made us feel at home. If you are traveling with a young family, this is the place to stay in Mumbai. We look forward to our next visit!

The stay was really disappointing. The staff were very slow to serve and not interested at all. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all. We were really disappointed on the view of the suite. Also the room dining and breakfast was really not up to four seasons hotel.!
