the staff is friendly.. nice area.. nice hotel atmosphere.. bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved.. like bed sheet and towels.. the shower water is too small.. needs improvement..

Gimana bilangnya ya, hotelnya bagus, interiornya cakep, liftnya oke, kamarnya bersih, kamar mandi bersih, tapi terlalu sempit. Hampir gak ada ruang gerak. Bahkan untuk gelar sajadah aja susah. Terlalu banyak kabinet. Kamar mandi juga gitu terlalu sempit, exhaust fan terlalu berisik. Kalau lampu kamar mandi dimatikan, jadi bau pengap, kalau dihidupin jadi berisik. Gatau ini brdasarkan tipe kamar atau enggak, yang jelas pengalaman nginapnya gitu. Padahal harga kamarnya udah 450an (terendahnya), tp masih kalah sama penginapan lain yang lebih murah. Belum lagi sarapannya yang included tapi cuma nasi bungkus daun pisang doang, kayak nasi-nasi gurih 6ribuan di warkop. Semoga jadi pembelajaran ke depannya agar lebih baik, mengingat kuatnya saingan di Banda Aceh.

Gak sesuai dengan harga❗Pertama dan terakhir menginap di sini, AC luar biasa panas tidak dingin sama sekali, minimal keluarin biaya untuk servis AC deh, bawa anak gak bisa tidur sama sekali sampe harus keluar dengan mobil pulg telat karena AC di mobil jauh lebih nyaman untuk tidur, malamnya harus buka kulkas dan tidur lesehan di Semen.👎🏻.

Staff service is quite good. The location is quite strategic, even though it's a bit inside. The room is quite clean, but doesn't smell good. Clean sheets. The bathroom needs attention. The old impression walls have not been cleaned. The toothpaste has hardened. Slow shower water (maybe 3rd floor). Standard food. The last day only given savory rice, milk and white bread. For the price, the impression is more expensive than the facilities.

Alhamdulillah, the hotel is clean, the service is friendly, near everywhere, the breakfast is good, good, very satisfying.

For clean rooms, friendly service, only the breakfast menu is unsatisfactory (too salty) the others are okay

The hotel is good, if you go to Banda Aceh always stay here. Only yesterday I booked a room where the room was narrow. but overall the hotel is okay.

Just want to make sure all the travellers know that all the rooms (except the most expensive one, at the price of Executive suite in a Mercure in centre of Jakarta) are without windows. So you literally pay to stay in prison, that is how I would call it. If that's OK with you - no problem, but I wish I would have known that before I booked.

good experience. nice and clean room. recital of quran always play all night which is good for me as moslem. but the space between bed and table is too narrow. I sometimes got hit when I want to go to bed after back from bathroom

The hotel is very clean, the employees are friendly, Islamic (distel murottal), the food is also good, the price is appropriate. Steady.

The room is too narrow so that it is difficult to pray, the room has no window so it is dark.
